Jeffrey’s Bay Beach House

A Gauteng property developer hired us to convert his existing 3-level upmarket Jeffery’s Bay beach house into a space where he and his family could relax and entertain lavishly. The interior style used was sleek contemporary, yet incorporating textures of the beachy environment such as bleached timber flooring. One of the highlights was the creation of the open plan entertainment level. Here we proposed the extensive use & integration of LED lighting as ambient features. As the project moved along, our expertise extended to certain exterior finishes and features as well.
